kRO New Hugel Monster Race - Crazy HGs and Enchants

On 8/03/2017 KRO has drastically improved Hugel monster races system and added some awesome HGs as the main reward. I'M SHARING THIS SPECIFICALLY FOR THOSE UNKNOWING OF WHAT IS GOING ON WITH KRO RIGHT NOW. 

Note: They have long broken our milestone of OP gears. So hopefully no more same ol excuses (Armageddon!!, RIP Server 201X, yada yada) whenever something new is added.

1. Participation Fee is slightly increased (from 2,000 z to 30,000 z )

2. Prize Medal is replaced by Mysterious Medal

3. Wayne will exchange your current Prize Medal to Mysterious Medal.

4. Ei'felle in Einbroch factory will no longer receive Prize Medal.

5. Add new NPC "Crane" that use your 10 Mysterious Medal to for Racing Thank Tickets.

You can use your Racing Thank Tickets to purchase items as following list. (1 T = 1 ticket)

 

1 T : 5 Cat Hand Ticket

1 T : 3 Dungeon Teleport Scroll

3 T : 10 OBB

5 T : 1 Str decrease potion

5 T : 1 Int decrease potion

5 T : 1 Agi decrease potion

5 T : 1 Vit decrease potion

5 T : 1 Dex decrease potion

5 T : 1 Luk decrease potion

6 T : 1 OCA

6 T : 5 OPB

6 T : 1 High Weapon Box

Mechanic
Atk + 10 rer 2 refine rate.
Increase attack speed (reduce delay after attack by 2%) per 3 refine rate.
refine rate 8 or higher : Increase critical damage by 5% per level of Over Thrust user learned.
refine rate 11 or higher : Gain Double Attack lv.5.

Genetic
Atk + 10 rer 2 refine rate.
Increase attack speed (reduce delay after attack by 2%) per 3 refine rate.
refine rate 8 or higher : Increase Cart Tornado damage by 5% per level of Axe Mastery user learned.
refine rate 11 or higher : Has a chance to auto-cast Cart Tornado lv.2 when dealing physical damage.
(If user has higher level, that level will be cast instead)

Guillotine Cross
Atk + 10 rer 2 refine rate.
Increase attack speed (reduce delay after attack by 2%) per 3 refine rate.
refine rate 8 or higher : Increase critical damage by 5% per level of Left Hand Mastery user learned.
refine rate 11 or higher : Has a chance to gain critical damage + 20% when dealing physical damage.

Shadow Chaser
Matk + 10 rer 2 refine rate.
Increase attack speed (reduce delay after attack by 2%) per 3 refine rate.
refine rate 8 or higher : Matk + 5 per level of Intimidate user learned.
refine rate 11 or higher : Has a chance to auto-cast Mystical Amplification lv.5 when dealing physical damage.

Warlock
Matk + 10 rer 2 refine rate.
Increase attack speed (reduce delay after attack by 2%) per 3 refine rate.
refine rate 8 or higher : Reduce cooldown of Tetra Vortex by 0.5 second per level of Meteor Storm and Lord of Vermillion user learned.
refine rate 11 or higher : Reduce casting time of Mystical Amplification by 50% (doesn't stack with Staff of Destruction)

Sorcerer
Matk + 10 rer 2 refine rate.
Increase attack speed (reduce delay after attack by 2%) per 3 refine rate.
refine rate 8 or higher : Increase Thunderstorm and Fire Ball damage by 5% per level of Auto Spell user learned.
refine rate 11 or higher : Increase Fir Bolt and Lightning Bolt damage by 50%.

Rune Knight
Atk + 10 rer 2 refine rate.
Increase attack speed (reduce delay after attack by 2%) per 3 refine rate.
refine rate 8 or higher : Increase critical damage by 5% per level of Two-Handed Quicken user learned.
refine rate 11 or higher : The weapon won't be destroyed. Gain Double Attack lv.5.

Royal Guard
Atk + 10 rer 2 refine rate.
Increase attack speed (reduce delay after attack by 2%) per 3 refine rate.
refine rate 8 or higher : Increase Burst Attack damage by 5% per level of Spear Mastery user learned.
refine rate 11 or higher : Reduce cooldown of Earth Drive by 1 second.

Archbishop
Matk + 10 rer 2 refine rate.
Increase attack speed (reduce delay after attack by 2%) per 3 refine rate.
refine rate 8 or higher : Increase Duple Light damage by 5% per level of Mace Mastery user learned.
refine rate 11 or higher : Has a chance to auto-cast Adoramus lv.5 when dealing physical damage.
(Consume Blue Gemstone, If user has higher level, that level will be cast instead)

Sura
Atk + 10 rer 2 refine rate.
Increase attack speed (reduce delay after attack by 2%) per 3 refine rate.
refine rate 8 or higher : Reduce SP consumption of Knuckle Arrow by 1 per level of Raging Thrust user learned.
refine rate 11 or higher : Increase Knuckle Arrow damage by 50%.

Ranger
Atk + 10 rer 2 refine rate.
Increase attack speed (reduce delay after attack by 2%) per 3 refine rate.
refine rate 8 or higher : Increase Aimed Bolt damage by 3% per level of Steel Crow user learned.
refine rate 11 or higher : Reduce skills aftercast delay by 15%.

Minstrel
Atk + 10 rer 2 refine rate.
Increase attack speed (reduce delay after attack by 2%) per 3 refine rate.
refine rate 8 or higher : Atk + 5 per level of Music Lesson user learned.
refine rate 11 or higher : Has a chance to auto-cast Reverberation lv.2 when dealing physical damage.
(If user has higher level, that level will be cast instead)

Wanderer
Atk + 10 rer 2 refine rate.
Increase attack speed (reduce delay after attack by 2%) per 3 refine rate.
refine rate 8 or higher : Atk + 5 per level of Dance Lesson user learned.
refine rate 11 or higher : Has a chance to auto-cast Reverberation lv.2 when dealing physical damage.
(If user has higher level, that level will be cast instead)

Rebellion
Atk + 10 rer 2 refine rate.
Increase attack speed (reduce delay after attack by 2%) per 3 refine rate.
refine rate 8 or higher : Reduce cooldown of Hammer of God by 2 seconds per level of Piercing Shot user learned, reduce cooldown of Dragon Tail by 0.2 second per level of Ground Drift user learned
refine rate 11 or higher : Reduce cooldown of Crimson Marker by 1 second.

Kagerou and Oboro
Atk + 10 rer 2 refine rate.
Increase attack speed (reduce delay after attack by 2%) per 3 refine rate.
refine rate 8 or higher : Increase long-ranged physical damage per level of Throw Huuma user learned.
refine rate 11 or higher : Increase Swirling Petal damage by 30%.

Super Novice
Atk + 10 rer 2 refine rate.
Increase attack speed (reduce delay after attack by 2%) per 3 refine rate.
refine rate 8 or higher : Increase critical damage by 10% per level of Double Attack user learned.
refine rate 11 or higher : ASPD + 1, Atk + 20.

Summoner
Atk + 5, Matk + 5 rer 2 refine rate.
Increase attack speed (reduce delay after attack by 2%) per 3 refine rate.
refine rate 8 or higher : Reduce cooldown of Savage Spirit by 4 seconds per level of Lunatic Carrot Beat user learned,
reduce cooldown of Nyan Grass by 8 seconds per level of Catnip Meteor user learned,
reduce cooldown of Delicious Shrimp Party by 4 seconds per level of Fresh Shrimp user learned,
refine rate 11 or higher : Reduce skills aftercast delay by 15%.

The following options apply if you are enchanted in a Racing Cap (Rune Knight).
Lv 1
When using [Two-Handed Quicken], increases physical damage for all enemies of all sizes by 5% for 60 seconds.
Lv 2
When physically attacking, has low chance to remove the size penalty for 3 seconds
When using [Two-Handed Quicken] increases physical damage for all enemies of all sizes by 7% for 60 seconds.
Lv 3
When physically attacking, has low chance to remove the size penalty for 5 seconds
When using [Two-Handed Quicken], ATK + 40, increases physical damage to enemies of all sizes by 15% for 60 seconds.

Increase [Catnip Meteor], [Lunatic Carrot Beat] damage by 10%.
Lv 2
Reduce fixed casting time by 0.2 seconds.
Increase [Catnip Meteor], [Lunatic Carrot Beat] damage by 20%.
Lv 3
Reduce fixed casting time by 0.5 seconds.
Increase [Catnip Meteor], [Lunatic Carrot Beat] damage by 60%.

 

There's plenty more ridiculous additions like this on official servers now FYI. So any argument that keeps popping up saying that we are OP server are now pretty much invalid.. Seeing as how Gravity itself has lost their mind.

The +250% ATK Buff works with skill, similar to Berserk ATK Buff including HS, IB & SB. Crush Strike is the only skill that doesn't benefit from it. The only problem is the small chance to break the equipped weapon. This update is still under development, so there might be a few changes before it hits the main server.

Owh, its good alright. But currently the White Tiger Hat is a good option for Crit Build and Old Bio Enchant in the future also has Crit Boost option so.. I'd say the RK Racing Cap is better by a small margin.
