natsukaze 0 Report post Posted January 10 Hi, It seems that Clergy’s Boot, Clergy’s Manteau, any Soutane (I checked AGI type) set's effectiveness, "reduce delay after skill" is not working, or something wrong. When equipped those items, my aspd was increased, so reduces delay after attack instead? If the sum of refine of set is 27 or higher, Weapon ATK Power +10%, reduces delay after skill by 20%, reduces fixed casting time by 20%. Thank you Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
