If user learned Evil Spirit's Curse level 5, reduces SP consumption of Evil Spirit's Curse by 25, reduces cooldown of Evil Spirit's Curse by 0.5 seconds.
When equipped with Truth Liberation and both are equipped by Soul Reaper, enables to use Fire Wall level 10, ignores magical defense of all race monsters by 100%.

Why we need to add this: Add this ring to boost the magic atk of Soul reaper, we notice that soul reaper is not quiet good in pvp/woe most of the skill are support but at least with these item it will help the soul reaper to compete with other classes.

FYI: you havent implement the other class revamp of the other Class so they having some difficulties to compete with the OP class right now like sura,rk,gx,warlock ,ranger.

I agree but the only thing you can do is to release JRO items that helps with other class that needs opportunity or make it more exclusive so at least theres rebalance with other class not other class that needs to be OP always. Make it fair
