  2. Hi guys, I have merged my 2 guides here.. I'll only update this guide based on the sections particular for an AWC Ranger. [Guide] Zohan Ranger Guide: Auto Warg-Crit Build (MVP) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------=o=-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "I am Zohan The Legendary Jade Dragon Ranger" Together we make it happen... www.limitro.com with you since 2009 :: Hi guys this is the latest update on this guide: Sep 2018 Auto-Warg Crit Ranger Build: With the introduction of new contents for Ragnarok Online, players faced more formidable and challenging quests and instances. With these news additions come new monsters, tougher versions of previous MVPs, and even stronger new MVPs. The Auto Warg Crit (AWC) Build Ranger is the most suitable build that is up for the task. An End-game level build Auto Warg Crit Ranger can out damage an End-game build Arrow Storm Ranger or an Aim-Bolt Ranger on MVPs with HPs greater than 10 Million, AWC type is the most effective ranger build against these supped-up monsters. AWC Build Ranger Strengths: · High Critical Damage · Auto Warg Strike Attack · Maxed-out Aspd of 193 (7 hits per second) All of these attributes gives out massive DPS (Damage Per Second) This ranger build is a good complement to the Old Camouflage Rabbit Hood [1] which boosts Warg Strike Damage among others as refine rate increases. As of the current update gear set given above is my suggested set for the AWC Build Ranger. You can also go for a pure Crit damage type AWC Ranger with the use White Drooping Eddga, Kitsune Ear Bell Ribbon [1]Laser of Eagle [1]. As you can see this build which is greatly specialized on killing a monster by hitlocking on them. With critical damage popping from almost every hit done to the target an AWC/Crit Ranger can lash out massive DPS on its prey. Add to this the new Client mechanics on Fear Breeze damage which is now calculated in for critical attack. Headgear choice is quite versatile and is an open option based on your playing style. (See more on suggested gear options under Section IV. Gears List: Equipment Sets and Cards) However, I would only suggest this build for established players, it’s an expensive type of ranger to build-up. But this is an exciting build to play with as more new content is added to LimitRO the possible gear and card combinations are abound. STATS: (Your build will greatly depend on the garment you wear, stat distribution must take advantage of the stat point allocation requirement for bonus effects to activate.) LUK: High 120 Set to 120 to get Temporal LUK Boots Bonus, 40% Warg Strike Chance. Aura/Amulets: Donation gear items for attaching starstones. On Costume Headgear Top: (4 Pcs. Max) Almighty Level 3 Gemstone (All Stats +3) Tip! Best to put All Stat Gemstone on HG On Costume Headgear Mid/Low/Mask: (4 Pcs. Max) Destruction Level 3 Gemstone (Damage +3%) On Costume Wings/Garment: 3 Pcs. ATK, LONG, or Crit Starstones + 1 Decostone (For Looks) On Equipment Aura: 4 Pcs. ATK, LONG, or Crit Starstones (Note: Gemstones and Starstones can be a combination of different types, note however that you can only equip 4 Pcs. of Gemstones that are of the same type attaching more than 4 would nullify the effect, i.e. 8 pcs total Destruction Gemstones for all costume headgears is allowed but the effects would be nullified. Please refer to Item description for further clarification.) Donation Stones Summary: Almighty Gemstone Level 3 - All Stats +3 Destruction Gemstone Level 3 - Damage +3% Speed Gemstone Level 3 – Aspd +1 ATK Starstone - Attack Power +3% LONG Starstone - Long Range Attack Power +3% CRIT Starstone - Critical Attack Damage +3% DecoStone - Kawaii Looks (^_^) [Zohan’sSpecial Tips!] To reach max aspd and damage you may use a combination of consumable items: (Atk, Aspd, and Stat boosting consumables) Awakening Potion Celermaine Juice Guarana Candy +20 Foods +10 Foods Marhaval Potion (Cash Shop Item) Valhalla Potion Right now you can also go with the Donation Speed Level 3 Gemstone (Aspd+1), this is an awesome gemstone to get because of its versatility. This gemstone can save a lot of AGI Stat points that you can redistribute to other stats that can boost damage, however if you really want the max damage output then Destruction Level 3 Gemstone + Almighty Level 3 Gemstone would be the best combo option – this is if you can reach max aspd with foods and potions, etc. To get additional boost on your DPS and overall Attack Power: (Atk boost consumables) Box of Resentment Aloevera Distilled Fighting Spirit It’s always nice to have a HP Leech (Hunter Fly or Sniper Cecil MVP Card) and a SP Leech Bow (Dracula Card) they do come handy. A cheap alternative is to have a Thanatos Bow [1] and Rideword Hat [1] combo just in case you would need to leech HP and SP to continue on your quests. Well if you have an RJ Bank or SP Pots then that could also work. A fellow enthusiast on this particular Ranger build was with me on this one, we kinda had this crazy thought for a second "how much dps can we do with our current gear?". So we asked some friends to help us out and used all the buffs that we can get our hands on and this was the result. 7. Soon... ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Additional Notes: I’ll try to add some improvements soon. I’ll also post some images and videos for this guide. Due to the volatile nature of current market condition costing notations are subject to change without prior notice. All the information provided in this guide are based on my personal opinions, observations, and from suggestions coming from friends and concerned community personalities. Of course higher upgrade is better; all the upgrade levels I mentioned are just for reference only. Stat and Skill Tree Builds are for reference only, in the end it all depends on your playing style. Feel free to experiment and on the server to get better results from what I have posted in this guide, I only posted this guide a starting reference for those who would want to acquaint themselves of my understanding on the topic. Help me improve this guide by sending me pm about and let’s work it out. I’ll try my best to update this guide whenever I can.

How do I get Seraphim Coronet

There is nothing to say here...

    Hey Everyone! ^^

Hello All! I am new to this server after taking a 10 year break from RO. I've gotten a bit of nostalgia and also didn't get to play 3rd trans classes much before I stopped. I am currently a lv 126 ranger! Slowly getting gear setup after reading a few of these guides. If there's anyone that wants to group for IS, I'd love to! I'm playing in PST weeknights after work around 8pm :). IGN: DA TING GO SKRAAA
  5. Is Vajra available in LRO? If it is, where can I get it? It's listed on the Item DB if that's worth anything. Also Well chewed pencil I know it exists, someone is selling it on the vending port, but where can I get one? I checked Mr Wise but it's not there, also I don't see it on the Deep sea treasures, can anyone enlighten me? Is there some Quest NPC I'm missing?
  6. Akabane

    Fox ears bell ribbon

Hi everyone, does anyone know where to get this headgear? It's listed on the database, but it's not dropped by any mob nor have I seen it in any of the quest hat NPC's, or even for sale.
  7. Akabane

    How to make Hawk eyes

Hi everyone, I'm trying to dress up my ranger, and I see that the recommended middle headgear is Hawk eyes, however, I have scourged the internet on how to make those to no avail, does anyone know how to make them?

    LimitRO - Tomb of Honor

So, in celebration of the new dungeon update, here is me wasting my supplies... You either have to do enough damage to kill the monsters on time, or risk the wrath of Max Pain.
  9. Sooo... Translation Source The question was about the state of Arch Bishops, and how a lot of the cash items buff scrolls have made an Arch Bishop not really necessary, and also how hard it is for an AB to level alone, due to the limited attack power. The devs said the Awakening System addressed the issue above, and they adjusted the characteristics of ABs. They also said something about enhancing Adoramus by a new skill. This question is about possible new costumes/job sprites. They answered there's no definite plan. Although they were talking about adding new colors (We already have 699 of those here lol) The question is about Bio Nightmare and how it's only certain classes than can farm there. They answered they are trying to balance the dungeon to suit party-oriented play styles, but they worry that it might be too difficult. They will continue to review the situation. Idk what this is about tbh. lol. But I think it's talking about job classes not having similar DPS, and the possible introduction of a "damage meter"? This is about wings costume not being properly implemented for Doram race. They said devs are working on re-adjusting them to fit Dorams. The question is about the improvement of the inventory system. Devs said they are thinking of ways to improve the inventory system, but since the client is so old, it is difficult to improve. They can't promise anything will change immediately, but they are working on some improvements. The question is about if there will be a change in exp table when the Awakening system is implemeted. Devs said they will reduce the amount of exp to reach 175. This is about improvements on non-mainstream classes. They've mentioned they made adjustments for RKs (maybe this is about the recent Rune update) and Mecha (the only mecha update was the weight and speed thing, lol). They also plan to do the same to Genetics (seriously, making Genetics more OP?) and SC (YUUUUSSS!!!!!) This question voices concern about the difficulty of some 3rd class job change quests. Devs said they will make some class change quests easier to understand and do for new players. Question is about the limited number of skill points available to some classes, and asking to increase skill points. Devs gave Dorams as an example, and that too much skill points will make the character too much of a jack of all trades. Devs said they are reviewing this issue for some classes. This question asks about the introduction of 3D Graphics to the game. Devs said that some monsters, like Bakonawa, are hard to implement as 2D. They said it would be nice to have 3D monsters in the game. The question states that too much attack power is an issue with the game, and even armors have attack enchants. Devs said they are aware of the issue and are discussing some Def related formulas that they are not ready to share yet. Something about chat windows being more visible. This one is about unused cards being recycled through a system in kRO (WHAT??? THEY HAVE THAT?), and suggested to have unused equipment to be recyclable as well. Dev said they are considering adding the system for equips that everyone can use. Something about improving the map system. They said they will change how map names are displayed in the navigation system. That they would use the more commonly known map names, instead of their database name. Something about support for beginner equipment? This one talks about the aspect of Guilds having their own Guild Dungeons. Devs said it would be nice for Guilds to have their own farming spot. They asked if it's possible to add a Skill Point Reduction Potion, as well as Stat Point Reduction potion. Devs said they will review it. This might be similar to the potions included in the Mad Bunny Scrolls in iRO, where it will reduce your stat point by 1 if you double click on it. Cheaper if you just want to adjust how many points you want for a certain stat in your build. This is useless here since we have stat/skill reset. This one is requesting for limited edition CEs to be offered again. Devs said they consider it. This is more about their punishment system. Not really important. Idk what this is about. Seems like content where you can buy things with rewards you get from a quest. They asked if they can be bought by zeny. Devs said they will introduce a new system that will let players buy things with zeny (I'm assuming for that specific quest thingy) This one talks about the downside of classes that use projectiles in terms of weight. They asked if it can improved. Devs said it should be improved. Also said something about removing the weight penalty? It didn't say more. This is just about their password/login system. More on kRO's system about their website and character slots. Something about increasing Guild position slots. So I guess we'll get more than 20? This talks about the quest system in Eden Paradise Group. Not really relevant to us. Something again on that new currency system a few questions back. Players are saying that the reward system is too much. This is about the Homunculus system. And how it affects some dungeons because Homunculi will just be everywhere. They are asking for this system to be improved. Devs said they are planning to introduce a system where the Homunculus and Master will share EXP. They also said they are discussing whether to remove Homunculus AI completely to prevent AFK Homunculi overcrowding some fields and dungeons. This one is about how some gears don't look as good when characters are wearing them. Devs said they will take action if it gives players errors. Arrow Crafting will receive a new UI to make it easier. This one talks about the legal system of selling character names, character and account deletion. Not really important to us lol. This is about revamping some Guild Dungeons. This one is about improving the UI of some skills. About magical attacks in siege. Devs said they will reveal more info when they announce details for the siege reform. This one talks about the "attack" mark on siege, some bugs in siege maps in general. Devs said they will gather players who often participates in siege and have a discussion with them. This one talks about the support for bow thieves early in the game. Devs said they will improve this. Question is about how in the old times, the only party composition you'll see are Knight/Hunter/Priest. They are asking for the party and hunting system to be reorganized to make use of more classes. Devs said they are discussing about the re-organization of the even share in party systems. This one is about the new system kRO has to quickly switch between sets of equipment. Devs are talking about improving the feature. (Q&A translation were made with the help of mister Google. If you find a better translation, please link it.) Well, there are definitely some interesting things about the future of RO.

    Baby Ranger Unlimit

Not sure if this belongs in this section but I figured i'd post it here. I've been playing Baby ranger for a few days and tried to learn the Unlimit Skill. The only requirements for the skill are Fear Breeze Lv 5. Hilmir informed me to post a topic on the forums so here it is. I have taken the following screenshots as some proof as well as record video using the replay thing, but I don't know how to add it. Anyways some help would be appreciated. Thanks in advanced.
  13. I'm just making another report. This has been a year in the making. Skill Name: Aimed Bolt Screenshot of the skill usage. When you use this skill, which statuses are you in? Admiral buffs and Wind Walker When you use this skill, which equipments/ammos/accessaries do you wear? See Screenshot When you use this skill, are you mounted/do you have push cart/do you have falcon? Warg When you use this skill, what requirements do you think you need to meet? None, just wear a bow and arrow When you use this skill, do you meet the requirements you think you need to meet? Yes What effects/behaviors do you expect the skill to have while it doesn't? Aimed bolt only has .5 sec fixed cast time, which should be removed by Temp Dex Boots How you draw the conclusion that it doesn't have the effects you expect it to have? I'm wearing 2 Sound Amp and Dex Boots, which should completely remove any cast time of aimed bolt, but Aimed Bolt still has a cast time. Sources: Aimed Bolt Type: Offensive Skill Levels: 10, selectable SP Cost: 28 + (Skill Level × 2) Fixed Cast Time: 0.5 seconds Variable Cast Time: 4 seconds Cast Delay: 1 second Target: Enemy Range: (10 + Vulture's Eye Level) cells Ammunition: 1 Arrow* Weapon: Bow Vids: iRO 1 kRO 1 kRO 2 Please fix. Aimed Bolt build is really useful for Instances, specially with Minstrel. It can even out-DPS Arrow Storm.
  14. @Inkfish Most of the requirements and information to post are in the videos I'll link here https://youtu.be/mwdvY2kzFcM https://youtu.be/rZbxMUH0Nt4 Skill Name: Unlimit/No Limits When you use this skill, what requirements do you think you need to meet? Have a bow and arrows so I can make ranged attacks When you use this skill, do you meet the requirements you think you need to meet? Yes What effects/behaviors do you expect the skill to have while it doesn't? Increase my ranged damage by 2.5x since my Unlimit is level 5, but it is not increasing my damage at all How you draw the conclusion that it doesn't have the effects you expect it to have? I've tried it many times and even level'd a second Ranger to see if my first one was bugged, but the skill didn't work on my other Ranger either My char name: Ericuno Edit: I found out that with the Elven bow + Elven arrow the unlimit DOES work, but only with that combination so far Edit 2: Ok I think I got it, you need to have equipped the bow and the arrows corresponding that kind fo bow, for example, Hunter Bow + Hunting Arrows, Burning Bow + Fire Arrows, Elven Bow + Elven Arrows, and I guess that's the same for the rest of the bows + arrows, I will upload a video in this edit. Of course it's not supossed to work like that, it should be working with every combination of bow + arrow, not just of the same kind.
  15. Skill Name: Aimed Bolt Screenshot of the skill usage: How did you use this skill? I used it? Describe the bug: Aimed Bolt has a 1 sec Fixed Cast Time in LimitRO. Aimed Bolt Description in iRO, Aimed Bolt in kRO 1, Aimed Bolt in kRO 2, Aimed Bolt in kRO 3 Have you tested? Yes Your Char Name: Cap Yukari
