  1. 1. Episode 17.1 "Illusion" "Terra Gloria" is returned to the Rune Midgarts Kingdom. The adventurers will have a new adventure with Secret Wing. New story line, new dungeons, new monsters and new equipment are waiting for you all! Secret Wing with their rebellions are ready for the new battle! New monsters are waiting for the adventurers. New equipment from new episode. 2. Third classes second costumes Finally. The second costumes for third classes are updated. Players can change their costume via "Costume change ticket" in Stylist Shop. "Costume change ticket" can be obtained from achievement when you reach level 170 with third class character. Second costume is available in Stylist Shop! "Costume change ticket" It's reward from reaching level 170 All third classes second costumes appearance  3. Expanding third class base level and job level. Unfortunately. Awakening system has been halted. Dev team decide to just expand third class base level to 185 and job level to 65 instead. So. There is no talent point system anymore. Dev team will develop these systems somehow in the future. BTW in this anniversary Dev team decide to just expand third class base level to 185 and job level to 65 and expand maximum level of some skills too. Dev team will adjust experience table from level 100 to 175 so third classes will gain exp more faster than before (this includes job exp table too). New aura of level 185 and job level has been increased to 65 4. Skill adjustment due to level expansion. The following skills will be adjusted by increasing their max level and improving some of their effects. 4.1 Rune Knight 4.1.1 Enchant Blade - Increases max level from 5 to 10. - Changes SP consumption per level. 4.1.2 Sonic Wave - Increases max level from 5 to 10. - Improves damage formula. - Improve accuracy check depends on skills level. - Changes SP consumption per level. 4.2 Royal Guard 4.2.1 Shield Press - Increases max level from 5 to 10. - Removes Stun status inflicting. - Improves damage formula. - Splits damage display to 5 hit. 4.2.2 Genesis Ray - Increases max level from 5 to 10. - Changes damage type from holy (physical + magical) damage to holy magical damage. - Reduces skill cooldown and delay. - Changes SP consumption per level. - Removes requirement of Banding party members and also removes increased damage from Banding party members too. 4.3 Mechanic 4.3.1 Power Swing - Increases max level from 5 to 10. - From level 6. Skill delay has been reduced by half. 4.3.2 Arm Cannon - Increases max level from 3 to 5. - Increases area of effect depends on skill level.  4.4 Genetic 4.4.1 Cart Tornado - Increases max level from 5 to 10. - Removes knockback effect. - Skill cooldown is fixed to 2 seconds. - Skill delay is increased by 1 second. - Improves damage formula. - Splits damage display to 3 hit. 4.4.2 Spore Explosion - Increases max level from 5 to 10. - Increases nearby target damage from 75% to 100%. - Explosion delay is fixed to 2 seconds. - Improves damage formula. 4.5 Guillotine Cross 4.5.1 Weapon Blocking - When blocking is success. Gains "Counter state" for 10 seconds. 4.5.2 Counter Slash - Increases max level from 5 to 10. - Changes skill condition to can be used while "Counter state" is active, not when Weapon Blocking is success. - Improves damage formula. - From level 6. Increases area of effect to 5x5. 4.6 Shadow Chaser 4.6.1 Fatal Menace - Increases max level from 5 to 10. - Removes teleport effect. - When uses skill while dagger is equipped. Damage will be doubled. - From level 7. Increases Hit rate. 4.6.2 Feint Bomb - Increases max level from 3 to 10. - Increases travel distance depends on skill level. 4.7 Warlock 4.7.1 Freezing Spell - Increases max level from 5 to 10. 4.7.2 Tetra Vortex - Increases max level from 5 to 10. - From level 6. The skill also deal damage to nearby enemies too. - Since it will be multiple target from level 6. Damage formula from level 6 will be changed. 4.8 Sorcerer 4.8.1 Spell Fist - Increases max level from 5 to 10. - Duration depends on skill level. - Increases attack count to 3 times of skill level. 4.8.2 Varetyr Spear - Increases max level from 5 to 10. - Changes damage type from wind (physical + magical) damage to wind magical damage. - Increases SP consumption. - Increases area of effect. - Splits damage display to 3 hit. 4.9 Archbishop 4.9.1 Judex - Increases max level from 5 to 10. 4.9.2 Renovatio - Increases max level from 1 to 4. - Increases HP recovery amount depends on skill level. - Duration depends on skill level. 4.10 Sura 4.10.1 Fallen Empire - Increases max level from 5 to 10. - Reduces SP consumption. - From level 6. Reduces Spirit Sphere consumption from 2 to 1. - Improves damage formula. 4.10.2 knuckle Arrow - Increases max level from 5 to 10. - From level 6. Removes Spirit Sphere consumption. 4.11 Ranger 4.11.1 Aimed Bolt - Increases fixed casting time to 1 second. Reduces variable casting time by half. - Added 1 second cooldown. - Lower damage formula. - Number of attack won't depend on the immobilize status of target. - Fixes SP consumption to 40 for all skill level. 4.11.2 Trap Research - Increases max level from 5 to 10. 4.12 Wanderer & Minstrel 4.12.1 Metallic Sound - Increases max level from 5 to 10. - Damage will be doubled. - Removes SP reduction effect. 4.12.2 Severe Rainstorm - Can be used while Whip or Musical Instrument is equipped. - When using skill while Whip or Musical Instrument is equipped.   2. I have this errors when im about to log-in in the game. Also as you can see, there's an error when im Viewing Headgears. There's more error if im attacking monsters, like if there's 10 enemies that was about to be hit by Arrow Storm, there will be 10 boxes of error i have to close to get through it. I re-install the game. Latest file that was on the site (1.7gb). Deleted the limitropatch.dat. Patched the client. And i also have the Event Lai Headgear it appears that its Triple Frozen Unknown Item. Will be appreciated if you can fix this. I dont have this errors prior maintenance. Now all of this happened.
  3. Hello, everyone, I've been on the server for about four months now and I'm really enjoying myself. I like the content and the large community and I can see that those running the server are really trying to create a great environment with lots of fun events. For that, I thank everyone involved. However, I have to say there is a particular aspect of this server that really bothers me A LOT. That is the fact that so many npcs and items have ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE GRAMMAR AND/OR SPELLING MISTAKES. Often to the point that it is very difficult to figure out what the npc or item description is trying to say and is sometimes very misleading, which in some cases like quests or trying to get the best combination of stats/effects possible, actually effects your RO experience. And apart from that, it's just unprofessional. This is a private server that expects people to donate money to it, it ought to be reasonably professional. Because I'm not just talking an occasional type-o here, no this stuff is rampant. It is seriously ridiculous, inexcusable even. And the majority of these errors are from the custom material and items and npcs associated with the newest maps and instances, so this is very much within the realm of the Limit server's control i.e. they are the source of the mistakes. Now, I understand that grammar and spelling might not be a priority for some people when it comes to changes to make to the server, but either way, I decided to make this thread to help address this situation. I intend to post in this thread any grammar/spelling issues I happen to come across while playing the game, and I encourage others to do so as well. Hopefully this will also help out the LimitRO staff so they can make corrections in the future. To help everyone out and organize things, if you make a post, please include this information: [Type of script]: Example, npc name, npc text, item description, etc. If an npc, also provide location, such as map and coordinates and/or if it is a part of a quest and which one. [Type of error]: For instance, is it a major spelling/grammar error, a minor one, or something else altogether? [The incorrect text]: In the instance where it might be text from a quest or something, elaborate on the situation in which it occurs. [The correct text]: Give the correct text, or your best guess as to what the correct version would be. Monster Swarm Event Minor but highly visible spelling error Error: Somewhat guessing on this one, but daily monster and zombie swarm events say they are "swop" or something events, which doesn't really make sense to me. They should probably be "swarm". Golden Warper NPCs Minor but highly visible spelling error Error: Script says, "Welcome to LimitRO Warper serivce." Should be service. Eyepatch/ Monocle/ Memory Book /Pocket Watch Items Major incorrect item description text. Error: All items claim the set includes the eyepatch, memory book and pocket watch items. This is incorrect, it includes the item monocle, not eyepatch. From some testing, the scripts still seem to support this. Big Bell Card Minor spelling error in description Error: "...when uesed with [Neo Punk Card]" should be used. Owl Marquees Card Minor spelling error in description Error: Another "When uesed with [Owl Viscount Card]". Should be used. Owl Marquees Monster Incorrect spelling of the name Error: I'm pretty sure this is an error. The Owl monsters have a nobility ranking theme, and the rank that fits is Marquess or Marquis. A Marquees is the plural of marquee, an architecture term. Jormungandr Flower/ Ancient Rope/ Kraken's Foot/ Kraken's Eye Items Unreadable text, possibly missing font? Error: All the descriptions for these items are in symbols. I'm assuming it wasn't translated at all from the original Korean and the font is missing. Bakonawa Scale Armor Item Minor spelling error, creating incorrect description Error: Says "All Stance + 1" Since this makes no sense, I'm assuming it means "All stats + 1". I've noticed a lot of gear with this particular error or a similar one (All Status + 1), actually. I will add them as I come across them again.

WHAT TO DO NEXT ? i'm a GX aiming to be the pirate king best, i farmed a lot, grind and leveled upto 140 . i bought and beg for equips ! ahaha My equipments are : +4 "Vanberk" Snake Hat +4 Silent Enforcer +4 sapha clothes with porcellio card +10 double boned double bloody specialty jur +4 immune something manteau . i forgot the name . but it has raydrick card +4 something boots . i forgot the name . it has a 20% max hp increase effect 2 rogue treasure i thought by having this good items i can kill my friend Illidor in a duel . but it turns out .. he can kill me without even using a single move .     So, I think I asked this time and time again, why are genetics the only classes here I think that requires all of their MOST IMPORTANT SKILLS to have these annoying item requirements that require us to f*cking farm for so long, especially getting alcohol, do you know that the drop rate for alcohol isn't 100% in this server?... Oh yeah, btw, ALCOHOL IS A KEY COMPONENT OF FREAKING ACID BOTTLE AND BOTTLE GRENADE WHICH IS NEEDED FOR F*CKING ACID DEMONSTRATION! what's more annoying is that other classes gets to waltz in vending harbor and buy everything they need, while we genetics need to suffer and f*cking farm our sh*t to get the stuff we need, then we have to go through the tedious process of tapping our skills 1 after another and then not to mention the fuck that it sometimes fails!! which is more annoying.. Alcohol is hard to get as it is and then you're telling me that you're not gonna get 100% out of the sh*t you have painstakingly farmed?! I freaking demand these items to be at the vending harbor at lowered COSTS too arrows are cheap, bullets are cheap, cannon balls are cheap WTF... Some genetics might say no but most of them have the patience to freaking farm and not complain about the injustice that I see also they might be rich and just buy everything they need, not me, I'm sitting on a few zenies on my pocket and I have no money to buy ingredients that I need. Just look at this chart just to see the sh*t that we need to get to craft at least 1 of each

    I don't know if anyone has brought this up before...probably they have at some point, but here it goes. Basically these are a few requests related to storage. 1. You can only store a max of 600 'unique' items and that's waaaay too low for me! I always keep things like herbs and bottles and Oridicon and fabric, so my storage is very legitimately stuffed. And there's a cap on the max amount of one type of item (i.e. only like 29k arrows or something like that)? What madness is this? I was running out of slots, so I thought I'd open my arrow quivers to open up a new slot, but I hit the cap and got stuck carrying a bunch! In a server that has way more unique items than any other I've been in, it also has the lowest amount of items you can store! Other servers I've been on have a cap of 800 or 1000. I think 800 is a little more reasonable. And why the arbitrary whatever-thousand it is item cap on a single item? It can't be space for the numbers, since 99,999 takes up the same amount of space as 27,000. I guess maybe this is supposed to make people sell items or stimulate the economy or something, but I'm not seeing it. I was having trouble making a gangster mask, since you need 20 red scarfs and each one took up its own slot in the max 600 since it's a (pet) armor. I had nowhere to put them! I usually give away mid-level gears to newbs I come across who need help, but I don't even have room to store stuff like that, so I can't anymore! Does anyone else have this trouble? Or am I just a hoarder? 2. Also, I'm sure everyone is aware of this, but the armor and weapon tabs are miss-named/mixed up. It always trips me up when I'm looking in my storage. I'm always like, "Oh, duh, no wonder I couldn't find that item, I was looking in the right tab that is actually the wrong tab! Grrr!" Shouldn't someone fix this already? It's kind of a very visible bug. 3. This is kind of a side-thing, not high on my list, but whatever happened to guild storage? Is there some special way to get it now, or was it eliminated altogether? And if so, why? I mean, I guess people use it as an expansion of their personal storage sometimes, but is that really a big deal? Especially when you only get 600 slots... 4. Also, having your item 'locked' if you try to move it around (either because you are trying to hold it but you're overweight or you've hit the item cap in your storage) is really annoying... Even if you resolve the issue you have to exit your storage or cart or whatever and walk around or teleport before it opens up again...Is that really necessary? I'm willing to live with it, but I will say it makes me annoyed sometimes...although if we had more storage slots, it would happen a lot less.
  7. In doing ET runs, MVP hunts among many others there is just just too many good items to autoloot by id that 10 items for the hunt list is not enough. may i suggest increasing it to 20 items please. thanks a bunch ^_^
