    I have already checked this skill several times on a normal server and I know that they are not working properly. the video showed everything for beginners!

    30+30+10+10+10=90%...If link work +10% =incast but i dont have incast.

    Your method can help if the difference is very large ... 5-10% is very difficult to track down just by the strip.

    (1-b)(1-0)=1-30.8%

    (1-b)(1-y)=1-34.2%

    (1-b)(1-z)=1-37%

    b is your stats granted variable cast reduction

    y is lv 1's reduction

    z is lv 5's reduction 

    now, do your math

     

    y = 5%

    z = 9%

     

     

    is it 5 5 7 7 9 or 5 5 7 7 10?

    how do stats and bonus reductions stack?

    Okay, let's try differently.

    Why don't 10% fairy soul work as well as 10% imperial glove?
    the description is the same. "variable casting time - 10%"

    BaseVCT × (1 − SQRT[{DEX × 2 + INT} ÷ 530]) × (1 − Sum_VCTReduc ÷ 100)

    to (1-b) *(1-y/z)

    he assigned SQRT[{DEX × 2 + INT} ÷ 530] to the value of b. Least that's what I think

    (1-0) is the cast time with 0 var cast redux

    (1-y) is I think a lvl 1 fairy soul buff

    (1-z) is a lvl 5 fairy soul buff, but if thats the cast then z should be 10 not 9

    assuming so,  we get y= 5/100 and z= 10/100 which means .95 and .90 respectively. Assuming b=0, then (1-b)(1-y)=1-0.05% not (1-b)(1-y)=1-34.2%, and (1-b)(1-z)=1-0.1% not  1-37%

    With the stats we know, his cast time with just his stats and fairy soul should be

    BASE VCT*1-(SQRT((120*2+126)/530)*(1-10/100))

    1-(SQRT((120*2+126)/530)*(1-10/100))=0.252097.

    DD's Base VCT at lvl 5 is 7, with that we get

    7*0.252097=1.764681
